At the back of the beyond, in a forest climbing the mountain, above a tarn with water lilies the small sauna resort is private and intimate. There are no neighbors and a no-cell phone and no-camera policy in place. Out-of-the-way, located in the middle of nowhere, the beauty is remarkable but not spectacular, discreet and unpretentious with no drama. It’s off-grid with no electricity. Running water comes from a brook. Food is prepared over open fire. Full service can be arranged including transport, food and overnight stay.

It takes 2.5 – 3.5 hours by car/train from Oslo and Gardemoen airport to Koppang railway station. I will meet/direct you the last 25 kilometres.
